Very Lethargic towards the customer service. I am calling for AC service for last 1 month. 1st time attended my call after that not responding my calls. Please dont buy from this shop. Very cheap attitude.

I got an ac from here . 5 days later they haven't installed. Trichy peoples motto in life "tomorrow" and of course tomorrow never comes!! Worst lg customer service ever!!! And don't let anyone fool you into thinking they give you good rates. They actually charge more and then try to weasel some more from u as deliver and diesel charges and so on. Do not ever pay the full amount on an ac until they finish installation. This is the only way they will do the job on time!!!
