Terrible experience at this store. I purchased a Microwave from here last week. They indulge in predatory sales techniques. The sales person shared misleading information regarding the offers and payment amount. He told about an ICICI card offer with EMI and quoted the effective price after discount. He never mentioned anything about the additional interest and other fees. Really evil sales trick. I highly recommend stay as away from this store as you can from this store.

Worst electronic showroom i have ever seen.
There is huge difference in their commitments and their deeds. They don't even have skilled and professional staff which can entertain customer complains and resolve their issues. I have purchased a Samsung TV last day but still even after more then 24 hrs here is no one to install it. Distance of my house and their shop will be hardly 2kM but still no service person came. After some enquiry at Samsung Care i found that they registered my TV for installation in today's evening ( after 16-18 hrs purchasing ) after my so many phone calls and follow-ups. Due to their recklessness even after buying TV I'm feeling like i don't have one. Very poor service they are providing to their customer.
I thought that GETCO. is a big name. Either it is not that big i was thinking or the udaipur branch just drowning their name.
