Blindly go there, if you want to purchase a Samsung item. They have a very humble, nice and cooperative staff. Mainly head Dealer is a decent person and provides outstanding after sales service. I had purchased a Samsung QLED 60AA 55 inch tv which was worth around 1 lac. I found an issue with it, and without any hesitation they had resolved my issue and I am very happy with their resolution.
