Didn't solve the problem they were always just formatting the phone and returning me back. they don't have any knowledge of the phone please don't never go over there. They should be debarred of service from Apple as soon as possible and Apple should come out with a new service centre in and around KOTA. Google is not giving an option to give negative rating otherwise I would have given them a negative rating

Worst service centre I came across.... Helping to take off the hype over Apple quality standards and all that non sense. They have been unable to help me with ip7 since last 2 months... Only thing they know about phone is to format it and that too after keeping it for days. I will be better buying a 10k phone in future than this overpriced substandard piece of metal.

First of all, I really want to say that never ever fall for reviews. You wanna know this place is good or bad ? How is the costumer service ? Are they rude or behave nicely ? Do they help or not ?
Please go and check them out.
I had a earpiece and battery issue with my Iphone 6 and they handled it like a professional. They even charge so little for the service and the information.
A replaced earpiece in 1500 in 1 hr only
And a new battery ordered from Bangalore which will take 8-10 working days to arrive and costs 2000 and can be fixed in within 30 mins.
They even asked me if I face any more severe issue I can completely replace it.

And all these even when my phone was without warranty.
The service was great.
They were not rude at all and extremely friendly.
They gave me a time and completed the work in exact time.

I really think most of these reviews are fake. Cause i really had an awesome experience. So, Neither believe them nor Me. Check it out for yourselves.

if you are planning to visit this service centre for any of your device then i would suggest that you should definitely drop the idea because they are the most unprofessional people i have ever seen in my life. they just know how to clean parts of your devices nothing more than that . I visited them for 3 to 4 times for having some issues in my iPhone 7 Plus microphone and all the time they use to submit my phone and after a day they use to say it is perfectly fine and there was some dust in microphone that they cleaned . but I was not satisfied with their answer and gave my phone at Some other service centre and they finally recognised the problem and replaced my phone. I think going there is a wastage of time as they are nothing less than sweepers.

I went to get my macbook repair last week as it was not starting. This service center center told 2500 for basic service and said that it might work after that. Next day when they opened laptop he called me and said mother board needs replacement and will cost 30-40k. He didn't do any service of the laptop but still charged 2500 for laptop which can't be repaired according to him. Later I gave the same laptop for repair to another local shop who repaired the diagnosed and repaired the same motherboard in 2 hrs in Rs 2000.

I have been to many apple service centers in Bangalore and Pune who charge 600-800 for diagnosis.

This service center will just charge you money but might not do any good.

The store manager attend his known people without any lane discipline and you might just keep waiting if you don't push him.

The only Apple Authorised Service Center in Kota. No Apple standard maintained. The queue coupon machine doesn’t work. It’s not very clean and maintained. The service also is not up-to the mark. I bought a lightening cable for my iPhone 7plus but that had problem since beginning but the service Center representative always fooled me by saying that the phone got carbon, cleaned it the port and send me back. Every time the cable worked for some time but finally died. Moral of the story-“अंधों में क़ाणा राजा”. If you have choice to go somewhere else, better do that till they improve to Apple standards!

Service centre? How? They don’t provide any services here. I asked them for a repair they replied to me we don’t repair here we can only replace it for you. Worst experience.

My earpiece got damaged but the service centre just resolved the issue within half an hour and with low price .... fully satisfied
