Presently very polite on call.see wat happen at center

Poor service and staff doesn't know how to talk with customer.

they listened to my problem and staff was not rude to me but when i have my laptop for service which was within warranty period, they just delayed for 5 days until i went there in person and make it happen. and my problem was not even solved.
