We had chosen a model on Saturday (3.9.22) and had decided to come next day (Sunday) for billing. The employee had promised to call me the next day as store opens, but the call didn't come. I went by myself to the store where I was first made to wait 30 minutes. Then when nobody called me I went to the billing counter where nobody was to be found. I located the concerned employee and started the billing process only to see him struggle with the billing machine and keep me standing for an hour without any purchase. I told him I have some work elsewhere and requested him to call me in the evening. 1 day has passed and nobody has called. I have decided to purchase the product from somewhere else noting this type of unprofessional behaviour from a reputed brand. I will not be purchasing any product from Reliance Digital henceforth

Unprofessional staffs and managers.they don't have minimum etiquettes,i bought a printer since long,but no one came to install.very bad service.Better you should buy from Amazon or Flipkart

Very bad service.always asking for extra money. Manager is rude. awful people. Please change the manager at least. don't know the service charges of item. If you complain he will speak louder. I have visited to many relience store but not seen a person like this. I am a regular customer of relience. In Bangalore and Sambalpur. Please take necessary action.
Please take care of following if you want to buy anything there. But I will not recommend to buy from there. If you want to insult yourself by paying money then you are welcome.

1st- they are telling different charges for service. Manager is blindly telling anything.

2nd- manager behaviour is very rude. He is speaking like he is threatening.

3rd- just check for hidden service charges before buying any product.
