Stubborn behaviour of owner, don't want to sell customer's choice brand, jis company ka inko target hai bo chipkana chahte hai and asking illegal 2.5% commission on card payment, inke employees customer ko bahar se pakad kar andar kheech laate hai, very disappointing😣

Vijayvargiy Furniture is very famous store in Shivpuri for home appliances, electronic, electrical, mobile and furniture etc.
You can buy any products from here by cash, digital payments or on emi.

Very bad survice, I have purchase 1 ac & he give me 2 nd hand ac with new ac price. & dont replace my ac till now.

My Experience was not as good as I expected with such a reputed store. I visited the store around 3 times. I purchased several things from there as there is very less options available in this city.
I gave 2 stars just for their after sales service only. The after sales service is somehow good. But other than this their way of doing business is something I'll say unprofessional.
Here are some of my personal experiences...
First of all, Don't believe on their prices... I personally saw them doing bargaining a lot of times. As for example they told the price of sofa to a customer I was watching in curiosity is around Rs.31500 and after the bargaining they dealt in around Rs.25000. I purchased a cooler they told me Rate Rs.9500 after discount Rs.8500 and after bargaining I paid around Rs.7800, after few days we saw same cooler at one of our relative's place.. they told us they bought from the same shop in Rs.7200 That's a huge difference in such a fast moving world with lots of online options.

Secondly, The behaviour
The behaviour of the staff is much way better than the owner himself. You can see two behaviours in same person one while purchasing one after some issue. They handle issues very unprofessionally. I saw the owner yelling at a customer just because they refused to buy something after visiting their shop. I'll say this is the most rudest thing.

Next, The cheating trick...
One of my cousin was working in an MNC in Pune. After COVID he was doing work from home so he thought of purchasing Table and a chair. They company said them to reimburse the cost of same. As the company only required invoice for the same.
When we purchased same from them the deal was done at Rs.12500 for both(they told first 14800) as I already wrote about their bargaining thing. When we asked them for billing they said for genuine invoice they'll charge 18% extra and you've to pay that. As an informed citizen one should know the GST on B2C is already inclusive in the price whether they give you invoice or not. So he just tried to grab 18% extra from us. The tax department never says to upload B2C invoices on GST portal. They've to just enter gross monthly sale in portal whether they provide invoices or not.
So be informed never pay such amount to anyone.

I think this will definitely help you to save yourself from marketing tactics.

My personal suggestions :-

1. Do lot of bargaining with them (Take your mom with you she'll handle this thing better)
2. Do some market research before purchasing like online and other offline market options.
3. Always take a GST invoice from them it'll save you in future if they deny to provide you after sales service.

Still they are so bad at us so think about stranger customers.
So I'm writing this from someone's account.

I wanted to install 32 inch LED Panasonic TV but the behaviour of staff was very rude. I won't recommend this shop to anyone. Installation person was not aware about set up box stand when payment was paid upfront.

Very very bad service and experience plz don't waste money on this shop all products are 2nd hand not worth it purchasing any products all time problem free with no investigation no hearing no customer service .

Vijayvargiya furniture is a famous name of shivpuri. They deals in electronics item,furniture and many more.

Very very bad experience... After sales service is pathetic!! Please do not buy anything from this shop.
