As usual manish sales is an showroom so very nice place to work, HR policys are very good. As compare to multinational brands in Reliance work pressure is less, balanced work and personal live.We had made purchase of LG Side by Side refrigerator, LG Microwave and LG washing machine from manish sales , All three products were promised to be delivered on 3rd of Nov.The refrigerator did not arrive on promised date. Anyway, one the products were unpacked and installed, we found problems and reported to the store manager.managers listened carefully so for this i gave 4 stars.  I got a call from manish sales that product is not available locally so I need to wait for another 7-10 business days for the replacement to be delivered. I followed up and everytime they have a different reason for delay. Sometime its a meeting to decide whats causing the delay. I was informed due to an IT related issue, replacement could not be sent. It seems the customer service is there only to dole out lies. now i am happy with there services.

FRAUD !!

They did not give us the proper demo of a product, said things we wanted to hear and now after the purchase are not responding the calls, nor are they responding to the complaint we filed against the product at the shop. They promised they will resolve the issue, its been many days but they are not receiving the calls nor are taking any action.

Highly unprofessional behaviour and manipulative behaviour.
