Although lotus has great name in the electronic market industry & have a very competitive price, also they have a lot of electronic products to offer but the place lacks in management and speedy service.
Also i find there is some miscommunication between the person showing you the product and the person making the bill.
But in the end; My purchase experience became good from ok when they provided us with discount and lotus warranty which i genuinely loved.
But i still suggest @Lotus electronic to work on their pace of providing services.

Good store for electronic item like all type of refrigertor, TV, kitchen chimney, mobile phones, Camera, speaker system, cooler etc.
