I have purchased more than 8 products here Employees are so professional and trained excellent products range and after purchase any issues they will be with to support till issue gets closed I am an happy customer of akarshan thank you mahadev sir.

Buy anything from here and nobody comes for installation. Zero post sales support. Calls will not be received. Worst is a better word of you consider their service. Pls avoid this showroom if u want at least minimal services. They thankfully atleast throw some machine. I bought a tv and a refrigerator but, both were not installed by the company but, it was promised that way before the sale . 1 is a better rating wish I could give them a ZERO .

Induction stove purchased on August/2022.
Same got defective within one month.
Shop is delivered second quality item.
Same conveyed to Akarshan,but no replay from either shop/manufacturer.
Same logged as complaint in consumer court and awaiting proceedings.

Very Bad experience with owner of the store. Only lady explained well about the product but too much confusion in calculation on the product. Be careful while billing because they will manipulate it. They made my 16k product as 18k with lot of confusion.

Not happy with store owner behaviour. He cancelled bill multie times for creating confusion while buying the refrigerator.

Worrest experience ever in store owner behaviour. Not respected the customer. Too many bills in single product to make confusion.

This Electronics and Home Appliance shop is really nice. I got a refrigerator at discounted price compared to Amazon.
The shop seems to contain all the necessary items of all models.
