It's been 2 months I asked for a service of product. There is no reply from the team at all. They brand themselves as good customer service but there is no service at all from this shop. I have called 3 times in 2 months regarding the service of product which i bought from the same shop. They just say we will fix the issue and "technician has not arrived". I am not sure from where the hell this technician is coming who cannot reach their shop in 2 months.
Looks like they sell all duplicate products as the product i bought from here is not working with in 1-1.5yrs.
Avoid this shop they don't provide service at all.

after that I purchased TV I faced some problems and registers complaint no response...
