Good service after my bike was lying for more than 2 months.
All spare parts/battery may not be available always, but they will make sure that the service is good with whatever is available.

Only thing I don't like this service center is if there is no power when you visit, then it will be a waste of time for the customer. These guys don't have any alternative power source.

Service is ok. But first response of the persons those who working in your service centre not good

Servicing is good but lacks proper response but not all times...service man who primarily recives the bike seems a bit more busy minded sometimes...otherwise everything good..dont know why the servicing time is very slow...if bike is given in the morning 9.30 we get it at 5,6 in the evening...

Good service.technician, supervisors are friendly.they not down every complaints and resolves them.very friendly tecnicians.awsome workplace

Service was good, but hospitality it was too good, there was a guy who took coplaints nd all he was very nice person actually a very good communication, never had this much good communication before in hero service center.
