The TV store is just horrible. Literally the worst. If you buy anything from them don't expect any kind of help if u need servicing. I bought a Tata sky connection from them a couple of years ago. It stopped working and when I reached out regarding the service, it was a joke. They just flat out say they can't help. When the sell a product, they should have a minimum decency to at least help with the service.

Note: other appliances store is very good. That store owner is excellent and very helpful. This is pertaining only to the stupid TV store.

Please don't even bother to go in. Buy stuff online or there are other good stores in gonikoppa. No wonder no one visits the store now. Hope it shuts down soon instead of wasting space and people's time.
