jio fibre not installed first they took my money and promised me that installation will done but after that due to some reason they are not able to use one pole so i suggested another pole at the same distance from other direction but still they will not provide you connection (giving excuses pole is full but i checked its not full)and higher authority at officers are worst no sense of talking with customers and worst service not helpful.
Please avoid

A genuine review:
Well when it comes to installation they will rush like adrenaline but when it comes about service they become sloths .Sorry to condemn but Jio Staff in Shimla should care about customer satisfaction we understand that it's hilly terrain but It's been almost 1and half month since I raised my complaint but Jio executive at office and the at the public end are very lethargic and irresponsive about their duties . Result is capitalism has never seemed to care about public they only see us like Corylus avellana.

The staff sucks !!
Please make sure you have people capable enough … as of now they customer support to technical staff is useless
They are forwarding me number of there senior, as my issue is not resolved
And that person is busy with somebody else
I tried to call him several time but he did not responded i.e Bhuvneshwar
So please stop using this jio fiber ….
As they have very poor services
I have faced this problem once again
So i don’t recommend you to use jiofiber
Instead you can opt for airtel there services are good

Very bad behaviour. They have no respect to customers. This centre should be closed or the dealership of this person should be terminated. Very unprofessional.

Had an issue with Jio Fibre. Mr. Hardeep was kind enough to help us through our grievance and made sure things ran smoothly for us. I express my gratitude to him and commend his brilliant work ethic!

Good service by jio retails

It's the main office and the service is slow, Parking is there but it's full of vehicles all the time. They do solve the problem but in slow motion.
