Mr. Rahul Bedi always ignore when i always telling to setup the connection.. he wasted my 3 months and after that he told me that it cannot possible. I don't know why Jio appointed those kind of people who don't care about the others time value...

Extremely poor service. They do no understand the urgency and need of the customer. They have been rescheduling relocation of my jio fiber for the last 2 days and making zillion excuses to not have it done on time. This gave me immense trouble doing my job without internet.

Worst service ever. Have been calling them for 4 days straight and everytime they either say we will be coming today, or they even lie saying we have left the office to come to you. The worst service of literally anything that i have seen in my life.
