I purchase IT battery and inverter of microtek from here from 1 month after expiry of guarantee period inverter start auto cut and stop charging battery. i called on company toll free no and register compain they refuse to solve it and rudely told once guarantee expire they are not more liable for it even a day after.
Than i approach the dealer Bhawani Electronic owner treate me nicely and after listing my side repair inverter on his own cost take and mean while provide me another inverter for use till it repaired.
