The store is located conveniently on the main road in mega mall and there is a direct entrance to the store. That's where the positives of this store end. While they may have different product ranges on display, the sales team is ill equipped to help any customer. It seems like the store staff doesn't care if their products are sold or if they understand a customer's requirement. The only reason I decided to go to Croma than ordering online was to get good service and guidance and diwali offers but found none.

The store has a good collection of electronics and a good no of staff. However the billing is a very tedious process and most customers tend to lose their patience waiting to make the payment. They need efficient and knowledgeable staff at the billing counters and not "hit and trial trainees" to handle the customers. The central billing system seems to be the major problem and is user unfriendly as per my understanding. It took 5 minutes to purchase and over an hour for billing.

Staff was not so cooperative but the variety is available for purchases....

The staff is nice. I met a guy Mr.Tondon in the laptop 💻 section and he had good knowledge about the product and was helpful as well.
Staff and how they behave with the customers always leaves an impact on the client and then they become returning customers. And not to forget a positive word of mouth as well.

We came to see Air fryer . Shefali explained all features very well and in detail. We bought the product.

I have purchased a Lenovo laptop with Tata Croma store . Mr Abhishek( CMPLEN01) has assist very well to in purchasing. His behaviour is very good.
