It is very famous store in patan for electronics spareparts and other digital products with very modderate price.

Inefficient customer service and suggested costly replacement of a remote about 2500 rupees, which I got repaired at other place only in 400!!!
Better to go for other electronics store.

If you don't buy from shop and demo service is assigned to them then you might be in touch with someone who doesn't believe in politeness way of talking with senior citizens as well.
