I have bought a macbook pro 14" from your store. I received a defective product which has a silver lining on the top right of the screen around the bezels and whenever I try to call the store no one picks up the phone. I bought the product from your store thinking that i will get an authentic product without any defects and will get good service as you are apple authorised but i was absolutely wrong.

I had a great experience with the stuff of iVenus. They were kind and very patient with me. They were very helpful and the store is the best you could find in Vadodara to buy apple products

Read this review before you visit there. I would have given 0 stars but no option to do so.

I went yesterday (08 Sept, 2022 - Next day of the iPhone 14 launch) to purchase iPhone 13, when i asked for the price, the customer executive rudely said that "currently iVenus is giving Rs 10000 off on the product so price will be Rs 70000 around (iPhone 13)" , though i knew that this is not offer by any reseller, it is an official price cut by Apple and i told him the same. Then the executive rudely said that "You don't know, this is offer from our side. Apple just randomly increases / decreases the MRP according to their convince". I know this is not the case, Apple never fluctuates the price.

Executives at this store is providing wrong information and not talking properly to the customers. They might think that customers are fool and they don't know anything. I would have bought iPhone 13 yesterday only, but due to their such kind of behaviour i didn't bought anything and went to another store happily!

* Maybe not all customer executive at the store talk like this but the one whom i talked with was very rude.My experience wasn't good at all. 👎

Got a MacBook and a dock from the store. Mr. Kaushik was incredibly kind, helpful and understanding with all of my mundane queries. He also helped me make my choice - something I had been struggling with given the price point and the options available.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience. Will definitely be buying my new phone from here next year.

10/10 about everything.

I visited I Venus Inorbit mall on 24th Sep 2022 at around 8.55 pm. The store was about to close. Sales person told me, the store is closed, so I walked away, but surprisingly he allowed to enter another customer in a store. I opposed his action and asked why there is double standard for different customers?? He gave ridiculous answer n told the customer was already present in the store. Then I told him to allow me in a store but he started arguments. We had some verbal arguments. I warned that sales person and said I would complain of your miss behaviour to store manager. In reply, sales person told me “ Ha complain kar do, mujhe koi dar nahi hai”. I had also given him befitting reply and I walked away from store. After that one sales person “a fat man” (I don’t know name) along with “second sales person with dense Beard” both started bullying me , soughted to me and started chasing me in the mall n told me to stop. Than I stood there and they came very close to me and with raising finger told me “I will see you” they literally started bullying and told me “Aap nahi jante hum log kya kar sakte hai”. Witnessing all incident, my 6 years old daughter was literally scared and about to cry. Showing this they both returned back to the store. They chased ne with intention of beating me but as my daughter scared with such whole incident they thought appropriate to return the store back. This whole incident is enough to say that the reputed store of reputed brand does not have customer centric approach. I will take up this incident further to head office of i Venus, top management of i Venus, Facebook, tweeter and all the social media platform. In the name of Sales person i Venus Inorbit mall has recruited “Goons”. i Venus is reputed and well known retailer in Apple segments having wide collection and having widespread presence with excellent service support but such finger counts store and sales person will definitely ruin their reputation. I request to take appropriate action to those two sales person who had rudeness and arrogance in their behaviour to protect your customers being victimised from such situations in future.

They don't have 20w adaptor and when i ask they insist to sell me some other brand adaptor.

Will not refund or replace any product. Always buy any product online.
