Extremely worst experience. I purchased bluetooth speaker from croma. They told me to pay extra to extend 1 year warranty when I purchased speaker. But after sometime it stop working. All buttons for on/off, volume etc are melt like plastic melt in burn. If we press switch with any things like taster then it start but it frequently stop working. Approx in 1 hr it stop working and disconnected multiple times. They are even not ready to accept their physical or internal faults of the product. Also no one can ready to see the actual problem happening with product. Really bad service.
