Whenever I went their I got negative response from salesman.. Most of time they don't have product availability or some other issue.. Their salesman not even have proper knowledge about product.. They have to ask each and everything to their stores executive.. Dont go there for any shopping.. Buy from normal electric store is better than that.. Worst service.

This Branch of Croma has the worst staff at the ground floor. Had visited to buy television and staff was inattentive and unresponsive. The model I was looking for was unavailable and I asked for similar options, no one was interested to explain the features and comparison of different brands. Casually they just said to have a look at the displays. If someone would have attended us properly we would have definitely bought it, as we were there for our requirement and had definitely not travelled 35kms for such Pathetic experience. I went there because I had good experiences in many croma outlets but this has ruined its image. Local outlets are far more better and have sound knowledge of products and are genuinely there to sell their service.

Very bad experience with service.I brought Blootooth Earbuds, They give me Home Delivery of my product but they didn't.I go to the store to collect but product was not available and again 2nd time they told me to send my product to home but they didn't. Wrorst Experience with Navsari Croma.

For the first time I bought the product LG Freeze from Chroma and the experience was good but since the second time I bought the product Milcent Floor Meal there is a problem which has not been resolved yet the Chroma store does not care about the customer.

Weak selection of phones and of all items compared to Surat stores, which is understandable.

I wasn’t able to find the newest iPhones here, nor was I able to find other flagship phones at this store (at least in display; I don’t know if they have them in stock).

Worst experience with Croma Navsari. Purchased washing machine from from. As per croma policy after delivery within 48 hours technician will visit. On Friday(6-01-2023) product was delivered. I was waiting for 4 days for technician but no one visit. in the mean time i raised the complain but issue not resolved. Croma's manager's(Mihir Upadhyay) Behavior is not a good and he is not listening any issues. And Samaung’s representative (Kajal Tandel) she is also not responsive. Every time they are giving timeline but no one visit. The Technician(Sunil Pansara) was not receiving the call and many times his phone was switched off.

Kindly check everything and confirm everything before buying any heavy electronics product. Team are not supportive.

Worst experience ever
Bought Philip's speaker (30th September 2022) after 10-15 days only stopped working...
Till today 6th January 2023 issue has not been resolved.
Very irresponsible staff
If possible i would have given 0 star
