Worst experience with the shop
We purchased AC, cooler purifier and many more products.
Cooler stoped cooling after few days
AC power gone off.
I called owner to provide service.
He allotted a person who took first PCB and returned after 3 days. After a day again same issue came.
Called the person to come and check he took PCB again, 3 days later returned. Again on very same day AC stoped working.
Whole summer went without AC.
This is worst shop ever i have purchased anything from.

I called in shop for AC issue they have send a service person to my home for AC repair.
Not even single day/night we used AC after he repaired. As it never worked.
I don't have any complaint number or invoice number I have given cash to service boy for service.

I would have rated negative if It had negative star.

LG AC stopped working after few days.
Service boy send by owner took money but no output.
Issue still the same in very same day after the service boy get back.

Extremely rude shop owner, guy is called Gautham, seems to be the owner's child who was born with a silver spoon.
I bought x 2 ACs for around 60k worth, and this guy could not deliver that for 150/- !!!
When raised as a concern, he has the odassity to say 'paas wala bhi dega aur door wala bhi dega'
His lessons on customer service are pending it seems and very evident that the shop is just a ego massage centre for him and not a source of livelihood.
I will prefer online shopping more than local goons calling themselves as commodity stores.
