ASUS Service Center

The place is little bit conjusted,although there are two peoples working on the centre since my last visit., to this centre. It's good they do provide services Indeed although I might change my review in future as one of my product is still undergoing in the repair'ing process.

Most unprofessional and unaccomodative and idiotic people employed in this service centre.They shut down at 6.30pm .We went there around 7pm.The shutter was still not closed.We had to attach a few screws to my sisters laptop and we approached the service centre.An employee named Ujal Borah simply refused to help.His arrogant and stubborn attitude is shocking.Super blunt and rude fellow

They get the work done. Good to have an authorized service centre in Jorhat. I had my phone's broken screen replaced here once. People here are friendly, helpful and professional. Liked it here.

They are helpful..my issue of my Asus TUF gaming F15 is resolved.

You have to order spare parts if you want, it doesn't keep items in stock.. Provides original product

I went to get my Asus fonepad repaired. The charging pin was not working. They said, it has been attached to the mother board, so it can't be repaired or changed, I have to change the whole mother board to get it working, which is costlier than the Tablet. Lastly I got it repaired in a local mobile shop.. What a shame, Authorised Asus service centre, Godspeed.
