In the month of August, my parents went to Ashirbad and bought a Samsung Split AC. Before purchasing the AC, they said that the AC has 10 years Compressor warranty and gas refill warranty for 10 years as well. They even said that whenever AC refilling is required, they will send someone to our house and we don't need to worry about that. Not only my parents, I talked to these people over the phone as well. They confirmed the same thing.

Yesterday, I had an issue with the AC I asked them to raise a complaint with Samsung for a technician visit. The technician came today and said that everything is fine. The issue was with the stabilizer. While talking to the technician, we realized that the 10 years refilling promise was false. I immediately called Ashirbad to check and they said they didn't make any such promises at all and blamed me for misunderstanding. They went to the extent to ask me for any proof of their promise. The big question is how can three people hear the same thing if they were saying something else.

Also, when we bought the AC they told us that if something goes wrong with the stabilizer, they will fix it in their shop and we don't have to go anywhere. Now, they have asked me to take the stabilizer to V-Guard center in Rupahi Ali. This shows the fake promises made by these people. I will deal with these people and will make sure that they compensate for this. But, for general public please ensure that you don't fall prey to their false promises. They just make fool of innocent people like my parents and make a buck out of these.

If you are spending your hard-earned money on something, you should not be treated like this.

I would never recommend this Store... Brought a fridge and a mixer grinder but the behaviour of the owner needs polishing... Should know how to talk to the customers.
