The customer retailer interaction is amazing and the Retailer's are helpful and co operative.
Incase the products have manufacturing defects, They themselves place the complaints with the company and make sure that the engineers visit your residence to get the issue fixed.
Been purchasing electronics from them for about 6 years and the experience is overwhelming. Our every appliance, including mobile phones and laptop computers are from Harshita Electronic.
They also guide the customers for finances and loans, having 3 - 4 major electronic loan provider tied up with them.
Overall the best experience ever.

Excelent shoping experience. Best place for purchasing all electronics products. I have purchased many products from here like Iphone, Samsung note edge mobile, Sony Led, Daikin Ac Lg Wm etc. The staff is very good and polite and provide family environment. Also Bajaj finance facility available here.

Took 1Ton Haier split AC from them recently and they sent their Local person to install it who took 1900/- .
Indoor portion could not fit properly on wall and water is leaking from it from day one while working .
I have complained it & requstinre them regularly including this local technician .
Both are giving only assurance .
Pl. Get installation from company authorized only never trust this shop Kipper .
They are good in service till the time they get money .

Never going to buy from this shop again . First they forced me to buy Voltas instead of LG ac and its cooling is unsatisfactory .even in its firt month ac cant cool a small room . after calling them few time a service came up but he said there is no problem with our ac and he wont listen to us . we are literally sweating in Ac even cooler can perform better then this useless ac .

They sell expensive items. And do theft in bills also. Not recommended to buy any electronics from them.

They make fool of you and charge extra for delivery of item and I am sure they are getting something from that as well. I bought one ac and fridge once and for all. They both got issues and I have pay extra for it. I have searched in that lane and will suggest not to buy from him and to buy from Ganapati hitech distributors which is very close to the shop
