My house got some really nasty wire mash-up. I didn’t know that but the Electrician from Duty Hour caught the issue right away and fixed it. he also made sure to check on other electrical set-ups in the house for similar problem. I am very happy with their service.

I have asked for Fan , TV and gyser installation as I have shifted my home. They were quick to send electrician but without basic things like screws and wire. When I called they told that fan installation charges will be 100 each , TV installation charges will be 400. Gyser will be 200. But due to lack of screws he could not install TV and asked for extra money for fan installation. He told that 8 kms se aaye hai ..jyaada kaam dekh kr km rate bole the. They don't have fixed rate for doing any job. Professionalism is missing. I ended up paying 400 for installing 3 fans. However electrician sent to home was polite and skilled.
Update: I have fixed my tv by the same person who had visited my home to fix Tata Sky. He charged only 350 and did very good job addition charges of Rs 100 he took for fixing of sound bar. He was much more skilled than the technician from Duty Hour.

Very bad experience and behavior of owner also demanding more money according to work

Very unprofessional. Stalled for two days, carpenter never came and then they stopped taking calls.
