Electrical Consultant and contractors

Not up to the expectation. He could not find earth fault in my home. He installed new ELCB and then used bypass switch to restore supply. He took his fee and left without attending the fault saying he will comeback again the next day. Has not comeback till today. He also charged double the amount agreed between us.
