Bought an UHSA fan yesterday, when we brought the fan it had bad vibration noise. So I called the shop today, I explained to the shop manager that the fan has vibration sound and would like the fan replaced with another one . The lady was rude in saying that once a product is bought, the customer has to go through USHA toll free no for the technician to look into it. How can a new fan have vibration sound. This is not right. Not a friendly shop to buy, bad customer service. In this days and age there are electrical shops who want business but here at Prakash electrical, Avinashi road, Coimbatore they are rude and want to disconnect the phone as if the product was not bought from them. How can a company say that it is your own risk after you buy the product when is not even 24 hours old. Online sellers have 30 day returns policy and here the owner/ manager does not even want to ask what the issue is, instead says that the sound is part of the blade action . We explained that this is not blade but vibration only. We also asked them to send a technician to come and check. We also offered to take it back to the shop to check. Seriously we made a mistake. Anyone who wants to shop here , Good luck for a very bad experience. Please avoid going to buy to this shop. If you do you will have a very bad and lasting experience.

The staff has excellent product knowledge which is commendable. They were prompt in handling my query and gave other options which were cost effective. Thanks a ton for all the help :)

I think only shop which has been there for a long time and product quality and service is brilliant. Each and every product is checked and given to every customer. Branded stuff good pricing .

Worst customer service, the lady on the front desk respond very badly, she never give a quote she keep all with her. You will lose lot of customer because of her. Better change her job.

Everything is fine about this place. Only flaw is the parking over here

Recently we bought electrical goods from this shop for our new house. They're the cheapest store in the city in my opinion. Beyond the rate factor MD Mr Rohit has amazing knowledge about the products and guides us based on the requirements. In this age of business where everyone wants to make the most out of a customer, it's rare to see such business who asks us to buy what's required and reduce our bill. Highly recommend their shop for any kind of electrical requirements. Kudos to the team
