Products are good but service is pathetic. I had to wait for 10 days to get my washing machine installed by paying 500 rupees to service person.

Dear ,
Bosch Products are very highly ranged, but the service and customer care is worst.I was calling Customer service based in India but the calls were answered in different parts of the world.When you try to speak to them they will give you a phone number to talk.
Very disappointed with Bosch.
