When I visited electrical department of aurangabad they are not giving the proper information of smart meter . How its working don't know, when I recharge of rs 1000 it's finished within 20 days. In my home very few electrical appliances is available. When I asked they simply saying that it's technical fault.

Always corrupted. No power at all behind st. Ignatius School. They just know how to rob their customers. If you call them , you will hear that they are busy,but they just put their receiver aside. They are providing the worst power services. If they have any shame in their body they would try to understand.

There is no response of complaints and have very bad customer support system.
Never received the call in emergency or any other matter. They usually time pass and never think for their customers.

They cut the electricity without any notifications and warning. Poor performance in new area, chittor nagar. Pathetic😠
