I visited Punjab State Electricity Board regarding my bill issues. The bill boy who printed the bill was totally different from the bill readings showing in the Electricity meter. During my visit I found that no sign board was there. No where was mentioned whom to meet regarding specific problem. Somehow I managed to reach the concern person but he wasn't in his cabin and nobody knows where he is during duty time. I waited for him for at least 3 hours. The place is totally mess even inside the building you will start feeling suffocating. No public restroom, no arrangements of drinking water, no dustbins, No maintenance. I would like to request to senior officers to visit the Electricity Board centers and take actions regarding above stated issues. I will appreciate that from the side of General Public of Phagwara.

I never seen an office like this my life. Such a shabby place and incorporating staff. Their attitude is very bad and they treat customers like beggars. It's should be a monument for a way back government office.
