I have paid full amount in advance and this person failed to deliver what he promised. When ever I called him, he said some or the other excuses. Finally after an argument, he again promised to return money but has not returned it yet. Now he stopped receiving my calls as well.

EDIT: I have got money back within two days after posting on his review. Hence I added this edit. It would be unfair if I don't make this disclaimer.

My two cents: totally unprofessional. Don't fall for tactics and pay in advance.
