Worst service I have ever seen in my life. At the time of admission of my wife they committed so many things like personal attention to individual, practical as per your convenience every day etc etc. But after admission they are least bother about the students. No personal attention, no prior information about exam, test etc. Always re-scheduling the classes timing because of other student's exam without prior information. Sometimes their systems are not working, softwares not available, instructor not available. And behaviour of instructor is very bad. Always talking harshly and least bother about the prospectus to continue on time. Sometimes skipping the lesson and not revising and not helping the students in learning the course to understand it proper way.

INSTRUCTOR NAME: NEERAJ TIWARI
RECEPTIONIST: Not behaving normally, always talking harshly. Not providing proper and accurate information to the students.

At the time of admission she is behaving very good way but once admission is done she is also least bother about her responsibilities. That was just their promotion funda to attract the new students and they are just making their business and not delivering courses and lessons properly as per the prospectus and time whatever they committed.

Very very poor service of this branch and not co-operating with any one.

I am cancelling the admission of my wife and looking for some alternative institute for further course to continue.

As through my opinion its the best animation institute in northern india. It gives the best deserving placements to the student. The most important is the faculty and arena provides you the best faculty to complete your dreams. My experience is really very nice, I have been for BFA also but now when my journey is with arena animation I have learned alots of technicalities for improving my sketching skills and digitalizing my works very well,facilities are very nice like family, they treated us like they really want us to grow more and more, the environment is very exciting, although I loved to be a part of arena animation.
