Dept of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management is the First teaching department of the University along with the starting of the Berhampur University itself, besides being first of its kind in the State of Odisha and has established in the year 1967. Now in most of the Govt. sectors, PSUs and some private companies, there is minimum a student from this IRPM department. This course as equivalent to HRM subject with very low fees, students like to join in this Royal department and to acheive theor in a just a simple and easy way.
