Time duration should be increased where individuals struggle between quantity and quality of the responses specially in speaking and writing. Listening and reading format (type of questions) is tricky and confuses with very less time to understand and respond. I hope the evaluators consider the quality of the responses as a major criteria. Rest computer delivered is faster and efficient than the written delivered IELTS. The centre staff, facility and equipments are top notch.

I had gone for the enquiry for LWR session and received updates more than I required. There’s a gentleman named Mr. Rahul Sharma. If you get assisted by him, it’s a
Guarantee that you are in the right hands for getting the right and detailed information. More than that is his patience and ever smiling nature, even if you ask the same query more than twice. The gentleman is well versed with the informations.

Pathetic, utter disgrace and shameful; When IDP's website is openly claiming that computer based test can be taken for IELTS UK VI, then on what basis is the Nehru Place center forcing candidates to take a pen and paper based test. Is no one answerable, these guys should be taken to the courts for playing with candidates' future

For an institute that is involved in the business of language testing these people certainly need a lesson or two on communication. Called them up to enquire about the physical TRF dispatch. Was told, " Due to covid we do not dispatch the TRFs anymore", which makes sense. So I told the guy that my university requires it and before I could ask him about alternatives, that sad and arrogant little brat dropped the call. Called again a few times and every time he picks up and drops the call :D

Since you are not answering the calls, let me ask you this one question here for everyone to see.

If you have stopped dispatching the TRFs(which is basically 1 page) because of covid protocols or whatever, WHY and HOW THE HELL DID I GET AN IELTS GUIDE(100 pages), BY POST, FROM YOU GUYS?

To everyone who is reading this review, spend an extra 40 bucks, take the metro and go to some other center because this one is not worth it.

P.S: To the guy on the phone, raised it with The British Council and suggested they make you take the IELTS so that you can improve your communications skills
