Beautiful retreat center in the hills of Kalimpong surrounded by incredible greenery. The temple and campus were designed by japanese-tibetan architect team so it’s really one of a kind zen-vajrayana fusion. It’s full of space, light and openness and offers contemplative and introspective approach towards life. There are different programs and workshops around Buddhist wisdom, arts and culture and sustainable living as well as community dinners, music jams, cultural sharing, movie screenings etc. Much more to come!

Buddha Pāda is a center-space for the study and practice of ancient Indian wisdom traditions. Situated in the midst of a lush forest grove in the outskirts of Kalimpong (West Bengal, India), it was inaugurated in 2020, and endeavours to become a seat of learning through the study of Dharma and the Arts under the guidance of Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and Nyichang Khentrül Rinpoche.
