NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME OR SOLVING MY PROBLEMS SO OUT OF FRUSTRATION I'M POSTING THIS HERE...

I regret enrolling into your Chandigarh University every single day.

First of all you guys do not believe in replying to your students and to resolve their issues once the student is lured into the college. If by chance anyone replies they will tell you to call the help desk whose phone number is always either out of reach, switched off or not picking up. Pathetic experience.

You people took weeks just to send me my login credentials and books. Earlier also i was frustrated so much because no one was answering or solving my queries

Secondly and majorly, at the time of paying my admission fees my fees got deducted twice because your college website was showing payment failures, i only realized it later when i checked my bank statements. Nobody bothered to notify me that my money got deducted twice, if i wouldn't have seen the bank statements i would have never known about this. You people do not care that a student’s hard earned money got deducted twice and you should at least send the student an acknowledgement mail regarding the issue.

Now after over a month of hassle, you guys are saying that it will take another 15-20 days just to get my money back. Please, I request you to fast forward the process and send me my hard earned money ASAP. I could have gone to the consumer court right away but I cannot afford to spend another huge chunk of money and time over it as I'm a working individual.

If whoever reading this message have any sort of morale or humanity left inside, you will do something about this,

I certainly like the way these institute people treat students.
They intimate everytime regarding the exams, assignments, datesheet, results etc.
I would recommend them if someone is looking do distance education.
