All their executive make false commitment. I had booked express service from by calling them. Executive told me that pickup will be done between 11-12 pm but no one came. I called them again by 1 pm then someone told me that pickup will be done before 2 pm. Then I called them at 2:30pm at that time they told me that pickup can't be done today because store is closed. Really not professional at all. If customer is taking express service that means he is in some urgency. So if you guys are not able to make it then don't make false commitments he will look for some other option.

Their dry clean prices are so reasonable and their services are also very nice. The cherry on the cake is that you get completely online dry clean services, so no hassle of going and picking clothes.

Chasing these guys from last 3 week but no one is coming for pickup. Worst service. Pickup boy Aman is giving false commitment daily.
