I'm writing this review after being their customer for more than a decade.
Their quality of service has deteriorated. I gave them 2 suits for dry-clean and both were ruined and so the occassion for which I wanted it dry-cleaned.
They co-operated when I complained but it was too late. The problem is not with the owners but with the actual workers who do the job and the staff who handles customers.
