I called these guys to clean my sofa at my place in IIT kanpur. While the job done was satisfactory, but the behavior of the people was not. They didn't even clean up the place and there was a pool of water lying in my living room. Is this what is expected of one of the most reporte names in kanpur. When my wife requested them to at least wipe it and go, she was refused flat out. I would not recommend them to anyone. If on the way to being famous, someone forgets the basic services which are required to be given to customers and they become arrogant because of their business, then thanks but no thanks.
