I don't think one should visit this place.. very poor service and very late as well. Their chargers are also high from what market is taking. I gave alot of clothes here non of them came on time.. also please dont take thier membership card else you wont be able to take your money back.. they will try to sell you the card but i suggest dont tale that card ever and only try with one cloth first. Many more good options available in market from here.

Very worst service and my shoes that went for drycleaning is not returned to me till date. They have been there from last 1.5 years and he’s not providing me money. The owner is so rude that he calls himself a fool whenever we call. Decency is nothing for him and I wouldn’t recommend him for anyone. Liar, Pathetic and totally rude behaviour

We are regular customer But they are very poor with timeline and do not pick phone. They give u a date and shall skip the same... Again and again. Habitual of forgetting things

They always delay in giving back the laundry/dry cleaning. Also they destroyed my shoes in the name or shoe dry cleaning and tried to blame me for that and also abused me for the same.

Worsest Example of Client delieverables... Will not suggest it to Anyonee...

I don’t think I would suggest anybody to go to this disgusting place for any kind of services. I have given my sarees all we’re branded above 5000 all of them what they did is nothing on name of Dry clean, steam press and charak. They have been fooling us from past one month that mam we have shortage of labour, sometimes they just don’t come out and confess that they have misplaced our cloths.
Just because of their carelessness we are in blindfolds. I request everyone whose reading out my reviews not to believe this fraudulent people and their fake shop as what loss we have faced; we would not want others to face the same issues.

Very bad experience. I've used their services for long long time. I've purchased their membership. They said free pick up and delivery for members. I've been calling them for more than 1 month. They haven't delivered my clothes and rugs yet. This is not the first time they've done this to me. They've always given fake commitments for delivery but never delivered clothes. I keep calling. They keep saying they'll deliver and them eventually I have to go and pick them up myself. Also they ruined 1 jacket and 1 of my shoes.
