WORST EXPERIENCE AT QUICK N CLEAN DRY CLEANERS. I gave a blazer for dry cleaning. After getting it back from them, I kept the blazer in cupboard. After about 20 days, i used the blazer and was shocked to see the condition of my blazer. There were threads poking out from many places and fabric turned dark at few places, clearly indicating that the blazer was handled in a rough manner. I went back to the shop and told them about the condition. First they asked about proof (tag) that i had got the product drycleaned from them. Luckily, i had clicked an image of the receipt. Then they started getting offensive and told me that I must have got the blazer dry cleaned and ironed from somewhere else later on. Instead of accepting responsibility, they put the blame on me. Very bad behaviour from owner and staff. I wish, i had the good sense to file a case in consumer court then. Lesson learnt after incurring a loss of about ₹5000 and a good blazer. AVOID QUICK N CLEAN DRY CLEANERS, IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.
