Extremely unprofessional behaviour. They completely destroyed my new garment and didn't even have the decency to apologise. They handwashed or machine washed a very expensive clothing item meant for dry cleaning and destroyed the embroidery on it. The shopkeeper was extremely rude and refused to compensate. Never choose them for any sort of service.

Completely unprofessional and terrible service. Gave one of my very expensive outfit for dry cleaning and they ruined it by machine washing it. The entire embroidery has come off and the outfit is useless now. Please don't go to these guys of you want to save your precious clothes. Absolute waste of time.
