BrightNok- Online Laundry Services in Hinjawadi pune

Big bunch of liars and thieves they are! I paid for wash and iron for 6 kgs of clothes, but they didn't iron some clothes. To get that done it took me 3 days. They are supposed to send a person with bag to pick-up clothes. Since the pick-up person didn't have a bag, I had given my laundry bag. They didn't return that. When I asked for my bag, they sent a tattered and dirty bag which was not mine. I have been asking them for my bag but they aren't responding to my calls and WhatsApp. Most unprofessional people they are! They don't what they promise!

Very pathetic experience, been 5 days, still have not received my laundry! Keep delaying it everyday. They assigned a delivery driver but did not tell him my order number/ where to drop off. I personally had to communicate with the delivery driver about the details and now I am just hoping I get my clothes today. Could not have had a worst experience to get a few clothes washed and ironed.

Got to use it to believe it ! Amazing service,pick up and follow up. I have been keeping a tab on bills and clothes by taking pictures before and after washing. Really polite people and makes it very simple. Even if they miss the date they will call and inform. They never missed for me till now. Kindly avoid the negative reviews as I noticed the same set of people spreading a bad vibe on all apps .#BrightNom

Please do not trust this App. The staffs will add on unnecessary expensive Bills and your clothes remain extremely dirty and they odour badly. After you get few services from them, they turn devils and start talking rudely when asked for reason of unhappy service.

Perfect service, pickup team is well mannered and explained all the services in detail. Would definitely recommend it to all.

Total Waste of your money. Don't give any service. Very Very poor service. Once order is taken, responce from their team is worst. Even after 7 days I had not received my shoes. And when they delivered, it is in wet condition. After taking stuff they never contacted me...even after complaining there is no response. Very bad experience

They took 3/4 days to return my laundry.
I wanted professional people, that's why contacted brightness, reading all the reviews on Google n all. But it would have been better if I would have given my laundry to some local business.
Prices are very high.
They returned my clothes half drenched with the stain and dirt on it as it was present when I gave it to them

I was duped by these people. Not only was their service horrible and unreliable, they overcharged me. I paid 3k almost for just dry cleaning 8 pieces of clothing and they said that the charges are different from what is mentioned on the site. I contacted them several times to confirm the price of the laundry but they did not reveal it till the time they came to deliver at my doorstep. They're scammers just out to take your money. NEVER EVER OPT FOR THIS!
