the service is too poor...no commitment towards customer..if you need some urgent laundry they will definitely play with your time...neatness is below average..not recommended..stopped service from them after the pathetic experience...

Such a horrible business. No manners, no customer relations, and not at all professionalism. I went to collect my friend's clothes. They were not willing to give me even after I provide his name, Phone number day he gave the clothes and many other information including number and color of clothes. They want their slip. Ok, may be due to security concerns.

My friend had to whatsapp me the receipt. Even after that, they made me wait a long time. They are not at all concerned about their customers.

After all those things, he asked me to pay even my friend already paid in advance. And the best thing: they don't accept UPI or cards. I had to go to an ATM for that. I never recommend this place.

Good and fast service

I gave them 2 jeans for washing because I live in a hostel and I was lazy to wash off the dirt I got on it. It took ₹80 and 3 days to wash it. When I got my jeans back it was packed perfectly which is good but the dirt was partially gone, the dirt stain was still there which is totally unacceptable. Atleast they need to check the clothes if the dirt is gone or not after washing it. I saw it when I reached home and completely washed off the dirt myself with rubbing it with some washing powder. Poor service. Please try to improve your quality of service.
