This place enjoys customer loyalty over a period owing to better service levels and good recall due to location advantage in the Sector 15 Market. The place however is being run remotely by the owners for quite some time. The technical staff has got confident over a period of time and by now the owners are totally dependent on them. The front office staff which deals with the customers is seeing repeated replacements, probably getting no comfort from the older staff. This has resulted in the constant and at times extremely unprofessional intervention by the older staff with customers. The owners are not ready to look at the complaints given the position that they are now staying at Delhi and cant do without the old hands. I have also taken feedback from many other business owners around and have got similar feelers. As of now would be trying alternatives - they are 2 more dry-cleaners in the vicinity.

People working here are so rude. Dont know how to talk or behave with customers.
Try Astor drycleaners which is present in same market. Better service, quality and are polite to customers.

The lady at the store keeps herself busy in personal phone calls ignoring what we have asked her to do. Tarnishing the name of brand

Pathetic experience! They lost the garment I gave for dry cleaning .. they didn’t claim responsibility for the same .. the owner says it’s already mentioned on our receipt that if there’s any loss we aren’t responsible.. which is so stupid because then who is .. pathetic staff who doesn’t know anything and wasn’t even apologetic for their misconduct . Would urge everyone to excerise caution before giving your items to them as
“THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE “

Don't give any clothes to Roxy Dry cleaners for dry cleaning !!

Pathetic experience with them.

This was a designer kurta worn just for a day and bought 2 days back. They refused to accept their fault and said designer kurta was like that.

Issues:
1. Please get it on receipt next time for your clothes about their status else they will cheat you and not accept their fault
2. No standard rates for dry cleaning services
3. Staff lies on your face and have faced this issue in the past

They simply press the clothes and return

The girl who is sitting on reception is so rude even there have no drivers they are big liers that tjey have pick and drop service but from sec 14 to sec 11 they cant drop the clothes
Even seema narang also have some attitude prblm

Amazing service, pick and drop facility however prices are high however great work quality
