Just because I couldn’t rate them in negative hence it’s one star. They ruined my dress. Moreover instead of apologizing he is saying we took permission. What the hell!! Who allows someone to ruin their dress, that too favorite. He applied such a chemical which changed the texture of material in that area. Pathetic people and don’t know to clean any stuff. Do not even try them. Plus they charge a bomb for making your dress miserable.

I had given two very expensive sarees for roll press but it was very badly done inspite of paying four time the market rate. However when I approached them with my complaint , they did the roll pressing again accepting that it was not done done properly the first time. But I must say it was not worth the money I paid for the roll press . Their service is not as special as their prices. I will not visit them again definitely.

Worst place ever! They ruined my white clothes and even force me to pay charges for the thing they didn’t even do ! And that lady is also bossy and told me that you can’t even wash this and all in all bad tone and this is the least place I’d suggest if you wanna ruin your clothes

Worst dry cleaners, ruined my Lacoste T-shirt.
The logo of the Tshirt is removed and they have the audacity to say it was never there when booked, while i have shown them the pictures. Says it is not our responsibility to take care of logo, would have been lost in cleaning and claims he cleaned the tshirt which was his job. He has ruined my expense t shirt and doesnt have any shame and not accepting his fault, always better to go with laundry chains only, these people are cheats.
