TLH - Dry Cleaners & Laundry

i love my shoes and i am always scared to give it for wash but the service provided by the laundry people is amazing. If u have expensive shoes or any luxury good, don’t think even once to give them.

Pathetic services ….. from last 15 days we are following every day they promised to deliver at your doorstep and never do unless you take membership…. They don’t even care to reply any calls or messages… we have to call
Them again n again n they tell that it will be delivered today but no one comes and no one even reply

they don’t value of commitment , worse service in surat it take more then 15 days to do dry cleaning 3 clothes. have to visit 5 time to get my clothes. kindly prefer your local trast worthy dry cleaners. they even lost your clothes and don’t have any idea unless you visit there shop … i want to give zero star but it is not possible so i’m gone a give one . bluffing store . zero response.

Overall experience was good. But you need to keep chasing/follow-up with them for your package. They must have one call service once article done washing.

Looked great from outside and they had announced instant wash and dry . However due to covid they had a staff shortage and told me turnaround time is 5 days !!

Nice concept and wish them luck when economy opens up

And unfortunately i took 25000 package from them
Please don’t fall in to their trap they talk nicely first time when they want your money
Took package from asif and keep calling him for clothes he have me some manager number name atif he didn’t answer problem ever -rating to them

Removed stubborn soap stains from my silk saree! Definitely recommend for the work and service. Extremely polite staff with a never say never attitude.
