Roy Bahadur Road Incharge Joy is very rude, doesn't know how to talk with customer's and treat people, Very bad service

Today I asked for a medicine SATROGYL 300mg to the sales man of this FRANK ROSS branch. They packed the medicine, asked my name, phone number and billed me Rs. 5/- for 5 SATROGYL 300mg medicines. Before living the counter I looked into the bill and found that the name of the medicine delivered to me was ZINROSS 10 (a product of FRANK ROSS).

When I asked the sales man, he said we don't sell SATROGYL 300. When I asked why didn't he inform me before delivering the medicine, he started to argue and then took back the bill, medicine and refunded me. THIS WAS A SHOCKER!!!

90% of the customers don't even check the name of the medicine delivered because they rely the medicine seller who are considered to be responsible and honest. However, in this case the Frank Ross brand appears to be dishonest. I'm sure there's pressure from the upper management to deliver their OWN PRODUCTS like in this case ZINROSS 10.

I will suggest you all to avoid FRANK ROSS or be very very carefull while purchasing medicines from them.
