Absolutely waste, they charge on MRP, one can get 20-30 percent off elsewhere. No customer service, not a good pharma store at all, most of the medicines are not available.
Customer relationship building is nil/zero, customer experience is important and these guys lacks in that.

Wasting customer's time. Better buy your medicines from online stores like Pharmeasy, Tata 1mg, Netmeds etc.
